Apparel and Shoes

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive safely. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within five days of receiving the item. Send us an email at hello@icecreampaints.com with

  • First and Last name
  • Order Number
  • Screen shot of receipt
  • Reason for your return
and we will work diligently to resolve the issue promptly. In the event that you are order the wrong size, we will gladly work with you to exchange your product for the correct size. 

 

Art and Home Decor

We do not offer refunds for art (prints), home decor (magnets, textiles, etc.) and stationery.
